I added the Stable Phone Overlay PPA to my resources, but to no avail.
System Settings and Browser still do not work in Xenial 16.04.1 Unity 8.
I could not find
~/.cache/upstart/application-legacy-ubuntu-system-settings-.log on my
desktop. I have attached 2 log files to my bug report [1] instead.
@ Doug: I will try to install 16.10 soon. See if that helps.
