The never ending "Immutable Page" on https://help.ubuntu.com/community saga

I have been seeing messages (mainly via bug reports via Gunnar) saying:

"The community help wiki pages are editable again, but you need to be a member of <https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-etherpad>."

O.K.

I am a member of etherpad and I have a launchpad account, but am still unable to edit any community wiki page.

Is it actually still locked down?
If not, why do pages still appear immutable to me?

Note: I am currently logged in on both etherpad and launchpad.
