It looks like the ubuntu-doc mailing list has the following owners listed:
  • LizW
  • Kevin Godby
  • Peter Matulis

In addition, it has the following moderator listed:
  • Svetlana Beklin

I'm happy to add other admins and moderators (and remove myself, if you like).

It looks like there are 22 messages in the moderation queue. I'll
process these. It looks like most of them are spam. I don't see any
with the subject line you mentioned.
