Hi Gunnar,

In my case, I am subscribed to 3 of the 5 lists from Peter's original e-mail.
I got held for moderator approval messages from the 2 lists I am not on, but
my replies went right away to the other 3 lists.

In Alberto's case, his e-mail reply for this thread was only to me, Kevin, and
this list. No other list was involved.
