Desktop guide changes

Hi all,

I'd like to mention a couple of changes to the Ubuntu Desktop Guide in
21.10.

Getting Started dropped
-----------------------
The very first link on the index page is "Getting started with GNOME",
and it leads to a section with some introductory videos etc. That
link/section will go in 21.10 due to a lack of maintainers. The project
has been archived upstream:

https://gitlab.gnome.org/Archive/gnome-getting-started-docs

Experimental new style for the index page
-----------------------------------------
Upstream GNOME has introduced a new style for the index page, which
looks pretty good IMO. This is what it looks like on Debian:

https://people.ubuntu.com/~gunnarhj/gnome-user-docs_experimental_style.png

However, on Ubuntu we have the additional section "Install & remove
software", and since there is no icon for that section, I haven't yet
enabled the new style for us. This message on gnome-doc-list gives some
more background:

https://mail.gnome.org/archives/gnome-doc-list/2021-July/msg00000.html

The good news is that this is an opportunity for someone who is deft at
designing images. The present images are available as tile-*.svg files here:

https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/gnome-user-docs/-/tree/ubuntu/master/gnome-help/C/figures

So what we would need is an additional .svg file representing the
"Install & remove software" section and created in the same style as the
other ones. It would be great if somebody could help with that. In that
case we can enable the new style in Ubuntu 21.10.
