You shouldn't have to do anything special to have memcached
bind to all available addresses.

from 'memcached -h':

   -l <ip_addr>  interface to listen on (default: INADDR_ANY, all  
addresses)

In short, if you don't provide -l, it'll listen on all
addresses by default.
