First Question: "I accept the creation of a council for Ubuntu-eg community"

Second Question: "I accept the nomination of these names for the first
transitional council"

A group has been created on launchpad for the council and added as a member
to ubuntu-eg group

I made all members of the group admins and de-admined myself.

We are waiting for them to announce their first meeting to proceed with our
plan isA.
