do you know guys that using mono on windows platform is much more better in
terms of installation. because you can do a lot with the mono
redistributable. you may develop on app and share the mono redistributable.
if the user uses XP the mono redistributable doesn't require the user to
update it's windows. add to that if a user uninstalled a .Net framework
run-time  then reinstall it again this may cause your application crash or
lose it's performance however this don't happen with mono.
