Problem : JAVA Development with Ubuntu

I miss u all

I've just started Java Mobile Application development Course J2ME (  DTG-365
)

I faced a problem when running any ME project

I have Ubuntu 10.10 , NetBeans 6.9.1 & NetBeans 7.0 and I have SE projects
works on it

but the problem is that I can't run any mobile emulator and I get an
 Exception

I attached the error with my message

please If there are JAVA Developers here , help me
