[Ubuntu-eg] Gnome Shell problem

Hi every one, Happy eid to you all

I have a few problems with gnome-shell. First, when I open it, I find that
the interface is not rendered well and the screen keeps flickering randomly
(check the attached screen-shot). Second, the gnome-shell and gnome-classic
(installed with gnome shell by default) take even longer time than windows
to open. Any one can help?
