@Processing:
I was very happy reading this msg, as it speaks out my problem too :) I,
Now, think that the only problem is ours(those who Hindered by distance), as
we think as if we need a team to get stucked to, it's totally the opposite,
and if it was to find a team, there would be no Ubuntu-EG by now. So, on the
ground, here're how to fix this; a)Go find some more intersting ppl in joing
Ubuntu community b) Arange for the first Gatherring and request them to
subscribe to some communication means to stay in touch and to find them
again(usually mailing list), c) continue make Ubuntu Hours and gatherings
and give the micro-team some time to grow. d) while doing that, keep an eye
on guys who can give sessions in the future. e)once you have enough ppl to
give an interresting sessions(i.e. a show) to the public, organize it.
f)welcome more ppl and organize more and bigger events in your area. g)
Enjoy it :)
This if you're far from Alex team, if you're not very far then please do it
inside the Alex team, else do it in your location :)

Best Wishes
