What prevents, is that by default hardware will ship with only MS keys
inside, with secure boot enabled, and in some cases without the option to
disable it. So on such systems, by default you won't be able to even boot
Linux to install it, unless you can install your own keys, which if possible
will be probably way too technical for most people
