[Ubuntu-eg] Problem with Xampp installation

hey ya shbab how r u all :) i downloaded xampp and installed it and every thing is ok but this direction /opt/lampp/    was protected so i chmod it by chmod 777 -R /opt/lampp/but when i opened phpmyadmin ,, it give me this message "Wrong permissions on configuration file, should not be world writable!"so i have to make opt folder 755 again to open phpmyadmin ,,,, so how can i open phpmyadmin and make folder per. 777 ?
