continuo con problemas en ap-get update

hola de nuevo lista ...
he seguido cada uno de sus consejos al pie de la letra :

- revise y aplique lo referente a "aptitude update" en guia-ubuntu
- lo intente con el sources.list del amigo Aurelio Díaz-Ufano
- Añad'i las siguientes lineas al archivo '/etc/apt/apt.conf' segun el amigo Miguel

               Acquire
               {
                   Retries "3";
               };

- estoy utilizando "aptitude" en lugar de "apt-get" segun lo mas recomedable

estoy muy agradecido con toda la ayuda recibida de los listeros
pero desgraciadamente NO RESUELVO

ahora les envio lo q tengo en el sources.list y el error de aptitude

pero nada de nada yo actualizaba sin lios cuando tenia Hoary hace unos dias
no se cual es el problema ahora
