no puedo con el apache2

Te dice "unable to open logs"? Lo arrancas como root y te dice eso? Mira
los permisos de /var/log/apache2 y de lo que tenga. Mira a ver si el
puerto está ya ocupado con un "netstat -lt" y comprueba si el puerto 80
(www) está ocupado (o el puerto que tengas configurado)
