Usa la opción responder a todos de tu cliente de correo, así contestarás
 a la lista (Cc:) y al que hizo la pregunta. En evolution está Crt-L 
para responder sólo a la lista.

Tienes razón las discusiones deben ser en la lista aunque se envié 
también correo privado.
