apt-get update & GPG error (Hoary)

A ver si podeis ayudarme porfa-please. He cometido algun error insertando la 
key para poder instalar los paquetes de ftp.nerim.net
<http://ftp.nerim.net>y ahora cuando hay un apt-get update me da el
siguiente error:

W: GPG error: http://security.ubuntu.com hoary-security Release: The 
following signatures were invalid: BADSIG 40976EAF437D05B5 Ubuntu Archive 
Automatic Signing Key <ftpmaster en ubuntu.com>
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems

Ni que decir tiene que hacer otro update no soluciona el problema. Me he 
cargado la key con apt-key remove "identificador" y he vuelto a actualizar 
las que tengo con apt-key update pero me sigue dando el mismo error.
