En el mismo ordenador tengo instalado tambien Windows, y la 
tarjeta me funciona bien.

Si que es raro, todo parece estar 
correctamente.
Se me ocurren dos cosas:
1.- Envía el resultado de 
ejecutar 'ifconfig eth0' y de 'sudo ethtool 
eth0' para ver como está 
la tarjeta.
2.- Reconfigura la tarjeta desde la aplicación gráfica del 
escritorio 
con la misma configuración que has indicado. 'Sistema -> 
Administración 
-> Red'

En el caso 1, veríamos si es un problema del 
cable o la negocicación. En 
el caso 2 descartamos que el configurador 
de red de gnome este metiendo 
baza.
