Problemas al compilar...

Cuando trato de compilar y seguir los pasos

1.- ./configure

me sale esto:

Y en este otro programa me sale esto:

Según yo me debe faltar un paquete de este compilador, pero en el
synaptic he buscado por gcc y en realidad salen muchos, y no se cual
instalar. 

Me podrian indicar que hacer?
