sobre actualizacion de mirror Ubuntu

hola lista :

hace varios dias escribi sobre un problema q tengo para actualizar mi 
mirror de Ubuntu:
aca les envio el script y un fragmento de la salida q recibo del error:
el mirror esta hospedado en un servidor con Debian y el problema 
consiste en conflictos con las Public Keys.
creo q la solucion anda por importar hacia Debian las claves de Ubuntu o 
algo por el estilo
ya revise lo referente a actualizacion de mirrors en ubuntu-guia pero no 
encontre nada q me pueda ayudar
