error en vmware en el gcc

En realidad dice que estas usando el gcc 4.0.2 y que tu kernel fue compilado
con el 3.4.5
Lo que tenes que hacer es especificarlo antes de ejecutar el script de
vmware escribiendo
export CC=/usr/bin/gcc-3.4 (o el path donde lo tengas instalado vos)
