No me funciona VMWARE Server

Hola a todos, los molesto para ver si alguien a podido instalar VMWARE
server en ubuntu 6.10, a mi se me cae la instalación por la mitad, como
que no puede compilarse, si alguien lo a logrado que me haga el favor de
mostrarme. Saludos a todos y gracias.
Este es el mensaje que cancel la instalacion:
