Problemas al utilizar wget

Hola a todos:

He intentado descargar unos ficheros desde un los siguientes sitios ftp
utiilizando wget
<http://www.sbml.org/kegg2sbml.html>
ftp://ftp.genome.jp/pub/kegg/pathway/

ftp://ftp.genome.jp/pub/kegg/ligand/

ftp://ftp.genome.jp/pub/kegg/xml/

y los intento bajar y sale el sguiente error:

y no graba nada,, o intento bajarlos manualmente y se queda pensando.,,,,
