No he podido Hacer funcionar la WLAN

Buenos Días:

Me he cambiado definitivamente a Ubuntu he instalado en mi portátil la
versión 8.04.01 con la sorpresa que no funciona la WLAN, he mirado varias
opciones en google y he probado varias configuraciones y no ha funcionado,
quisiera saber si hay alguien que me pueda orientar, la ultima linea de
lspci me aparece esto:
