ayuda para actualizar el sistema

si, esto ya lo habia encontrado en la red, por esta razón intuia que 
tenia que ver con los repositoria, el problema es que no encuentro la 
linea de comando gdm2setup que es la que me dice que cambie:

el link dice:

"Edita tu *sources.list* con el siguiente comando en una terminal 
(Aplicaciones-Accesorios-Terminal):
*sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list*.
Luego encuentra la línea referente a *gdm2setup*
Una vez la encuentres, debes cambiarle SOLO EN ESA LINEA donde dice 
"maverick" y le pones "lucid"


lo repositorios que tengo son estos, quizas me falte alguno.
