Problemas con Nautilus en Ubuntu 10.04 y 10.10

Saludos.


Les escribo para pedir ayuda, esto me tiene de cabeza, tengo un problema, en
Ubuntu 10.04, 10.10, Linux Mint 9, Linux Mint 10, Elementary OS.... tengo
el mismo problema, instalo el sistema operativo, activo los controladores
propietarios de vídeo, tengo una tarjeta nVidia GeForce 7300, y comienza mi
calvario
(aun sin activar los controladores propietarios), Nautilus carga mucho en
mostrar las carpetas, a veces renombro una carpeta y nautilus no responde
por algunos
segundos (5, 10 y hasta 15 segundos), todo lo demás en el sistema funciona
perfectamente y me parece que muy rápido.

Por si acaso, son instalaciones de cero, de cualquiera de estas
distribuciones, he probado con otras como Debian 6 y no tengo este problema
