Matthew I apologize for my mistake, but I thought that ubuntu-docs was
the right package as it contains translated files. Obviously I'm not
familiar enough with launchpad and bug tracking ...

In the original report the bug was affect to ubuntu-fr-website which is
not responsible of french translations.

So I suggest that this bug report should be closed or rejected, because
imho, an incomplete translation is not a bug.
