studio de cinéma américain vont devoir revoir leur géographie.
ThePirateBay est un tracker BitTorrent localisé en Suède. Ce dernier
vient de recevoir par courrier et par email une DMCA (Digital Millennium
Copyright Act) notice (outil utilisé aux USA pour signaler une
infraction aux copyright), pour faire cesser la violation de
l'infraction au copyright pour un film du studio Dreamworks. 

Outre le fait que ce site BitTorrent ne stock aucun fichier sur ses
serveurs (donc pas d'infraction aux copyrights), l'autre problème, c'est
que la Suède n'est pas encore un Etat des USA... Sur ce constat
l'administrateurs de ThePirateNet a pondu une petite réponse à
Dreamworks plutôt "sympathique", dont je vous livre la version en
anglais pour mieux en apprécier la teneur :
