Windows n'écrasera pas GRUB mais il va écraser la track 0 qui elle va
chercher GRUB... (ton grub est sur sda3 en principe dans /boot/grub

Tu pourrais sauvegarder la track zéro au complet, convertir sda1 à ntfs ou
fat32, installer XP dedans, puis booter un CD linux et replacer ta track
zéro.  Démarrer ta linux normalement et modifier grub pour charger windows.

Peut-être ici te donnera des indices?
