1- NO Spam whatsoever and all posts must be related to Ubuntu GNOME.
2- Support whenever possible as much as possible.
3- Always direct the users to the right channel. The Social Media
Sites/Channels are NOT support channels. The only support channels are
Ubuntu Forums and/or Our Mailing List and/or IRC.
4- IMHO, it is very important for the users to bookmark this page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOME/OneStopPage - it has each and
everything about Ubuntu GNOME.
