Unfortunately, we are very much at the last minute and I feel the
Start Ubuntu advertisement in the slideshow is unnecessary. Since we
disagree and the slide is controversial and had not been discussed
before now, the safe and smart thing to do is to not try to push it
into Ubuntu 13.10.

I apologize that I don't really have the time to discuss this at
length right now.
