Bug ubuntu gnome (window general setting)

Hello,

 Sorry, I'm french and my english is not very well.


I write you because I have a problem with my windows of general setting :
when I click in the general setting, the window opens but it remains
blocked, congealed and I cannot make nothing or modify nothing.

Can use me please?
