Duplicate Sublime Text icon in Dash

Thanks Alfredo,
Something else interesting to note. If you remove the app from favourites,
Launch like normal, then if you right click on the icon you cannot add to
favourites like the other apps.
Thanks for the alt-f2 tip. I had forgotten about that.
