banshee 0.12

Προσπαθώ να εγκαταστήσω το banshee 0.12 και όταν δίνω (βάσει των
οδηγιών) 

αυτό:

$ ./configure --prefix=/usr

στον φάκελο που έχω αποσυμπιέσει το tarball

μου λέει πως:

checking for GLIB... yes
checking for DBUS... configure: error: Package requirements (dbus-1
dbus-glib-1) were not met:

No package 'dbus-1' found
No package 'dbus-glib-1' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables DBUS_CFLAGS
and DBUS_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

όμως έχω εγκατεστημένο το dbus (το βλέπω στο synaptics). 

Παρ όλα αυτά όταν παω να δώσω:

xpan at xpan-laptop:~/banshee-0.12.0$ sudo apt-get install dbus-1

μου λέει:

E: Αδύνατο το κλείδωμα /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource
temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is
another process using it?


καμιά ιδέα τι πάει στραβά;
