Not 100% sure. Try the following:

1. Open a terminal and back up the existing fstab file sudo cp 
/etc/fstab /etc/fstab.bak
2. Edit the fstab sudo kate /etc/fstab
3. Change the line to:
/dev/scd0       /media/cdrom0   auto iocharset=utf8,user,noauto     
0       0
