membership ... has been disabled due to excessive bounces

Έλαβα το παρακάτω email.
Έκανα re-enable όπως ζητάει.
Αναρρωτιέμαι όμως τι σημαίνει "excessive bounces"?
Τι πρέπει να διορθώσω-προσέξω για να μη ξανασυμβεί?
