Ubuntu 11.04 Server - Upgrade Apache2 to 2.1.19 version and PHP5 to 5.3.6

Ποιά είναι η γνώμη σας. Να προσπαθήσω να ενημερώσω Ubuntu 11.04 Server με
Apache2 to 2.1.19 version and PHP5 to 5.3.6 με διάφορα πακέτα (πχ dotdeb.org)
ή να περιμένω τα επίσημα πακέτα?
Τα μη επίσημα είναι αξιόπιστα και αν ναι ποιό να προτιμήσω?
Εχει κάποιος δοκιμάσει κάτι?
