Windows Web Server με 4 CPU working up 90%

Ποιές είναι οι κυριότερες αιτίες που μπορεί να κάνουν τις  CPU ενός server
να δουλεύουν συνέχεια στο full?
Συγκeριμένα Windows Web Server με 4 CPU είναι συνέχεια στο full. Τρέχει
εφαρμογή γραμμένη σε .net
Δεν έχει flash (μια σελίδα μόνο). Εχω την γνώμη ότι πρέπει να είναι
κακογραμμένος ο κώδικας η κύρια αιτία.
Τι άλλο μπορεί να είναι η αιτία.

Η λύση βέβαια είναι να έλθουν στο Linux!!! [?]
