Hello, several users have been facing problems with the current server (
ftp.ntua.gr). This has been reported several times to the forums.

The server stops responding for an unknown reason and might I say very
frequently. apt-get update is not possible (Error: "Unable to connect to
gr.archive.ubuntu.com:http"):
