Είχα υποψιαστεί ότι χρειάζεται κάτι τέτοιο... έστειλα χθες μήνυμα στον
διαχειριστή του otenet, σύμφωνα με τη σελίδα

(Δεν έχω λάβει απάντηση ακόμη)

Σύμφωνα με το https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Mirrors#Country_mirror_requirementsπρέπει
να:

Δεν νομίζω να μας δεχθούν με αυτά τα στατιστικά:
