διάβασα αυτό το σχόλιο για το jamendo σε ένα forum:

"This is one of the things that has always bothered me about Jamendo. They
make the claim that for anything besides personal use, you must purchase a
license from them. This is NOT the case, because as you noticed, the CC BY
and CC BY-SA allow for commercial use in your own projects. What they are
saying is true: the CC license cannot guarantee that the person is not a
member of a performance rights organization. That said, the CC license
provides that a royalty cannot be charged for your use of CC BY or CC BY-SA
material

"Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Licensor hereby
grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual (for the
duration of the applicable copyright) license to exercise the rights in the
Work as stated below:

to Reproduce the Work, to incorporate the Work into one or more
Collections, and to Reproduce the Work as incorporated in the Collections;
to create and Reproduce Adaptations provided that any such Adaptation,
including any translation in any medium, takes reasonable steps to clearly
label, demarcate or otherwise identify that changes were made to the
original Work. For example, a translation could be marked "The original
work was translated from English to Spanish," or a modification could
indicate "The original work has been modified.";
to Distribute and Publicly Perform the Work including as incorporated in
Collections; and,
to Distribute and Publicly Perform Adaptations."

While the JamendoPRO licenses are royalty-free, the CC license specifically
says that a royalty cannot be charged for you use, with the exception of
areas that do not allow royalty collection rights to be waived. So, for the
most part, the very purpose that Jamendo states for purchasing a PRO
license is already taken care of by the CC license itself, and therefore
there is no real reason to purchase one of these licenses."

Σύμφωνα με το σχόλιο δεν υπάρχει διαφορά. Στο τελευταίο link υπάρχει ένα
σημείο όπου λέει ότι παρέχεται πιστοποιητικό

   Jamendo will provide you with a certificate that you'll be able to show
   to collective rights societies' inspectors in the event of a control and
   which proves that you have no fee to pay to these societies."

Άρα με το pro υπάρχει η πιστοποίηση για να μην υπάρχει το χαράτσι της ΑΕΠΙ.
