[ubuntu-hardened] grsecurity

As long as I have everyone's attention for a little bit, can we work
on getting a grsecurity kernel build into multiverse? Ubuntu would be
teh win if we had that.

I've used the patched kernel here for a while and found it to be
stable: http://kernelsec.cr0.org/

For some odd reason I can't install the kernel binaries from his repo
with apt-get at the moment though (I can find and download them in
Firefox just fine)...
