That's correct. Edit the profile directly (though you may want to add the access
to /etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.bin.firefox so that you don't have conffile prompts
with firefox security updates).

Once the profile (or local/usr.bin.firefox) has been modified, load the updated
policy with:
$ sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.firefox
