Planet ubuntu-ie

apache rewrites are fairly easy. If we can do that we could get 
planet.ubuntu-ie.org redirect to 
ubuntu-ie.org/{planet,aggregator,whatever}. Depends on how much control 
we have on the webserver/DNS.
