[ubuntu-in] Can't Access tty, Job control turned off

Dear Friends 
Yesterday I have installed New DVD Writer on my HCL Ezeebee PIV 2.6ghz
512 MB DDR Ram PC with dual Boot.
Since After that I can not boot into the Ubuntu.It gives me error
message "Can't Access tty, Job control turned off"
Please help me in solving this problem.
