Most of the ubuntu news is already available in the ubuntu community site at 
planet.ubuntu.com. Just subscribe to their RSS feed or check out their 
web-site. No point in repeating the news. 

Naturally the news section in ubuntu.in should be exclusively about ubuntu-in 
news, and maybe news that may get missed out (unlikely) on planet-ubuntu.
