The author seems to be a hardcore Windows user or one
who understands what a Windows user will expect from
Ubuntu Linux. 

What does this article conclue? Ubuntu Linux is for
users who would want it on their Dell Computers,
preconfigured, not those who want to try it out as an
alternative to Microsoft Windows. :)
