Why are we reinventing the wheel when we have such a good  docs repository
at http://ubuntuguide.org/ , just host a mirror here! There already are
various
people out there who host a website dedicated to ubuntu just google for
them.

Besides, why not concentrate on making ubuntu popular/increase awareness
rather than going back to the basics?
