The easy way would be to install AptOnCD , https://launchpad.net/aptoncd
Select the packages and its dependencies, burn the resultant iso in some
cdrom, and when you will mount that CD on your feisty, it will
automatically get it and ask you the required things. Its better,
otherwise you would like to manually place that packages
in /var/cache/apt/archives and then update the package database
information and then just install as you do.
