Current version of PDT requires Eclipse 3.3 which is not available in
gutsy. Also PDT depends on some WTP plugins. So download 'Eclipse IDE
for Java EE Developers' from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

Using update url (if PDT has one)
You can launch eclipse with gksudo (gksudo eclipse) and use update
manager for installing PDT if you want PDT to be available for all
users. Or you can launch eclipse as normal user and use update manager
for local installation of PDT.

Using zip
You can unzip the PDT distribution and then copy files to appropriate
folders of eclipse installation.
